Long Weekend

My sister, Claire reprimanded me today for not putting more pics of Gabe on the blog, so here's a few more pics (including one of me....of course not nearly as interesting as Gabe, but relevant!).
It is a long weekend here and so I've been commissioned to take down the plaster in our hallway and replace it with drywall.... ...and if I have time, to lay a new subfloor too! Tasha is taking Gabe out for most of the day tomorrow, so I can work hard without a little monkey at my heels.
This photo is from a couple of weeks ago when we began the demolition work.



But now onto the more exciting photos of Gabriel. This is one of his newer habits; watching TV with his hands in his pockets. Very chilled!


Another favourite is bathtime, especially sine Mummy bought some bath-crayons for drawing on the bath and surround. We now use them as a reward for sitting on his potty before he gets into the bath. Now he goes straight to the potty and puts his hand out for a crayon. He learns so fast.
