A: They were the secret ingredients I had to use in an "Iron Stomach" competition last week?

Here's a quote from the bulletin email sent the following day:

"After a hard fought battle, the team of Nadine and Ryan were victorious. The scores were very close though and Sylvie and Pierre really impressed the judging panel. Kudos go out to Darren who was the swing man helping out both teams as Lisa and Tony could not make it. He really pulled the whole thing together!"
